As a visitor or participant at Moonshine Acres/Black Sheep SDT, I hereby agree to pay for all damages caused by myself, my family, my property, my dogs or by dogs under my supervision. I also agree that the owners of the property, any family member, employee or volunteer of the property owners will not be held liable in the event of any personal injury, illness or damages to me, my dogs, any dog under my supervision or my property. I agree to pay, at the time of occurrence, $350 per sheep for any damage, including death or injury, by me, my dog or any dog under my supervision.
